1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Ausgentic AI, a division of Ausbiz Consulting Pty Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Ausgentic AI provides AI development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom AI product development
• AI integration and consulting
• Team training and transformation
• Technical support and maintenance

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive complete ownership of all deliverables, including source code, documentation, and related materials, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

4. Payment Terms

All projects are provided at fixed prices as quoted. Payment schedules will be agreed upon in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data shared during our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ausgentic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
